Shipping Policy

At ORYN, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. During high-volume periods, sales, launches or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, product availability and other factors outside our control.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Australia: 7–14 business days
New Zealand: 8–18 business days
International: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and do not include order processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order value and selected shipping method.

From time to time, ORYN may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping offers may be changed, paused or removed at any time.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout where tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

ORYN is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, high-volume periods, supplier delays or circumstances outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and provide a suitable solution where required.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Around your property

  • With household members

  • With neighbours

  • Your local post office or courier collection point

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees may apply depending on your country’s laws.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

ORYN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate parcels if items are shipped from different locations or become available at different times.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page where applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our Return and Refund Policy where applicable.
