Return and Refund Policy

At ORYN, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, or if you decide you no longer want the item after purchase.

However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion if the item is:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair or signs of wear

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind, size or colour exchanges.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

  • A description of the fault, damage or incorrect item

  • Your full name and contact details

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund or another suitable solution depending on the issue.

This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major fault, is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned in an unsuitable condition.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Items with makeup, deodorant, fake tan, perfume or body odour

  • Items with removed tags or damaged packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect care or normal wear and tear

  • Final sale or clearance items, unless faulty

  • Gift cards

Return Approval

All returns must be approved by ORYN before being sent back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the original item. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange the exchange subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ORYN is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.
